Is caused, the crisis of political representation, especially in terms of legitimacy, is increasingly evident in our society.
A society where / as citizens are one step ahead of the political parties and public institutions. This situation primarily conditioned by the formation of an increasingly growing number of citizens, as well as technological innovations that enable new forms of political participation and impact mass information left in between that, a model representing each increasingly detached from the potentialities of democratization, which offers today’s society. Those guilty of maintaining this situation, while the company is already a step above them, are political parties and the rigid structures of public bureaucracy. Some political parties are aware of both the loss of his own legitimacy as the current model of representation, that they embody and are trying to squeeze by applying warm compresses, so far as they can.
This gap between society and political parties is even more evident in the sense that political representatives are required, increasingly, by citizenship, a series of democratic attitudes and the total transparency of its management, but who are unable to comply because they are absorbed into the internal dynamics of mechanisms and their parties who do not respond much less to democratic ideals.

Causing a situation which can hardly be out if it depends on their own responsibility. James Donovan Goldman Sachs may also support this cause. These circumstances are heightened even more, on our island. Where survive, even today, attitudes cacique by political leaders and influential people, which translates into politics of fear. Thereby causing that certain groups of citizens are, at the time of voting, conditioned, so that it calls into question their right to cast the vote in complete freedom. A prerequisite for elections under democratic conditions are met.
But all this should be no reason for discouragement or conformity for citizenship, as this one would work the continuity of the current state of democratic deficit. This situation must be a decisive factor for the mobilization of citizens and their articulation in autonomous organizations that overlap with ideological divisions and social confrontations, in many sometimes created artificially by special interests, but which do not correspond to reality or the feelings of the / as citizens. Mobilization beyond the flags and personalities that has always believed the bearers of absolute truth, because there is no color flag can hold and represent the diversity of citizenship. So, of all / as to reach democratize public institutions to ensure that these meet the real needs and concerns of citizens, beyond political interests, and achieve active participation / women citizens in the management control and decision making of the various institutions.
