The Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos in Seville (Fibes) will once again host, once again, the most important Flamenco fashion catwalk.The 18th Edition of SIMOF 2012 arrives next week major firms and designers are prepared to present collections that is will wear this year in the fair of April of Seville, and others many, at the international Flamenco fashion, SIMOF 2012 show. This event will be held from 2 to 5 February. The sample will be opened on Thursday by the Mayor of Seville, Juan Ignacio Zoido and will count as a novelty with an area dedicated to the fashion bloggers so that they can make echo of the latest trends. More than 1,200 dresses in catwalk will be exhibited. The winner of the contest will receive a prize in cash of 5,000 to the best collection of flamenco dresses and there will also be a prize to the designer revelation, of 1,000 euros; both awards are part of a program of the Andalusian Youth Institute. The schedule will be from 11.00 to 22.00 hours, with a price of 3 euros per person to visit the exhibition area. Entries for the catwalks – which include access to the venue – have several prices of 10, 20 and 30 euros. Children under the age of seven years shall enter free. The IV Prize MOF & ART, Association of fashion designers and crafts Flamenco in Andalusia, will recognize Naty Abascal, boost Flamenco fashion.
